• MIEMSS has begun the process of transitioning to a new licensure and certification tracking system. The transition will occur through the end of 2015. During the transition, the ConEd and Taken/Not Taken Reports will remain available through the Provider Login Page. Access to eMAIS reports will require an email to emeds-support@miemss.org along with incident data including date, time and address from approved personnel from the EMS Operational Program. A PDF copy of the PCR will be returned. Affiliation Data submitted during the period March 19 to April 30 HAS BEEN updated in the system. If, after running the report, you have any questions about the results, please contact Licensure and Certification at MIEMSS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Welcome to the new ULS landing page.

This new ULS is part of MIEMSS’ implementation of new web servers. The new web servers bring a new look to our website, increases Section 508 compliance, and improves compatibility with mobile devices including cell phone and laptops.  Along with these improvements MIEMSS has updated the Provider Login process. On the new web servers the Provider Login system no longer permits users to use their Date of Birth as the default password. For those users that have never changed their default password from DOB and have previously provided MIEMSS with a legitimate, active email address, please select ‘Forgot Password’ and re-enter that email address.  You will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your password.  For those users that do not receive a password within 15 minutes of utilizing ‘Forgot Password and All Other Users who are unable to access the system please contact the MIEMSS Office of Licensure and Certification at 1-800-762-7157 or 410-706-3666 for assistance.
