EMS COMMUNICATION OPERATOR, LEAD: Recruitment #26-004423-0001

The ideal candidate for this position will provide EMS communications services to EMS field and hospital personnel. Coordinate medevac helicopter activity by assisting in the dispatching of the appropriate aircraft and monitoring flights for safety. Notify receiving facilities and agencies of transports and flights. Supervise EMS Communications Officers (EMSCO). This position may function as the Director during his or her absence. Assist in administrative activities as required.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER III: Recruitment #26-002247-0013
Provide administrative functions and manages special projects for the Office of the State EMS Medical Director, Office of the State Aeromedical Director, Office of EMS for Children, and the Office of Care Integration, which includes the Stroke Program, Perinatal Program, Cardiac Interventional Program, Base Station Program, Trauma Program and AED Program. The position will allocate 34% of time to OMD, 33% to OCI, 33% to EMS-C. The position reports to the State EMS Medical Director.

GRAPHICS PRODUCTION & OFFICE MANAGER: Recruitment #26-002247-0015
The Graphic Production & Office Manager Serves as a key member of the Media Services team, providing professional graphic design and layout services for agency publications, marketing materials, event flyers, and brochures. The role is responsible for managing in-house printing services and coordinating outsourced production of graphic and media assets as needed to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. In addition to design and production functions, this position provides administration and office management support, including assisting with team project coordination, managing the Media Services calendar, and supporting conferences and events. The position also oversees the ordering of materials and supplies, prepares and submits requisitions, and assists with the coordination and tracking of public information requests to support agency communication practices.
